                                                            FIRST LADY FELICIA A. MACKEY

First Lady Felicia Ann Mackey was born on 1972 in Portland, Oregon to Limmie Lee and Millie Ree Owens. She is the youngest of 4 siblings; Wanda, Lyndon, and Kelvis. First Lady Felicia received Christ as her Lord and Savior at the tender age of 8 in her home church, St. Paul Baptist Church under the direction of Pastor Falkner. Her Key Scripture can be found in 1st Corinthians 10:13,

                                                        There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man:
                                                        but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that
                                                        ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape,
                                                        that ye may be able to bear it.

First Lady Felicia has served in the ministry throughout her life, and continues to do so today. She is very loving, and respected by those who know her. Not only does ALL CC call her blessed, but her husband and children also calls her blessed! (Proverbs 31).

First Lady Felicia is a strong supporter of her husband and pastor, and believes in the vision that God has given Pastor Mackey concerning their family, friends, and ministry.

First Lady Felicia recently relocated from Oregon where her husband was the Assistant Pastor at Friendship Christian Fellowship in Beaverton, Oregon.   She and Pastor Mackey have 4 beautiful children; Chamela L. Jenkins-Mackey, Jaiva A. Mackey, Jazmine A. Mackey, and James E. Mackey IV.
